I typically don’t write reviews but this training manual was so immensely helpful that I thought I needed to share my thoughts. I have been looking to break into the industry as an Construction Manager and was not sure where to start. A friend recommended Builder Tactics and the Construction Management Podcast. I could not have been more impressed! The topics covered and explanations in the manual were super helpful and detailed. Builder Tactics does such a great job of explaining the fundamentals of construction management and builds on that. If you’re looking for a solid foundation (pun intended) to become a great builder, this is it.

Such a wealth of knowledge is condensed into this easy to read, straightforward training manual. Definitely looking forward to purchasing more of these manuals.

I’ve read a lot of training manuals in the last twenty years having just retired from the army reserve, and I have to say this has to be one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of reading. I just recently got into commercial construction in central Texas with a pretty big firm, mustard yellow with red letters that recently renovated the pentagon, after about twenty years helping my father run his small residential company on and off. I wish I’d had this on my desk when I’d started! The information in this manual has helped me tremendously and I wouldn’t have landed this job without it. Definitely a must have for anyone getting into construction management and a great read for any of the “old timers” still in the business. I only wish it was a hard bound book, I’d pay the extra cost to have an actual book to keep on my desk.

It’s been an awesome opportunity to be able to listen to the guys express their thoughts and experiences within the industry. Being a younger individual like myself and growing into this animal of a occupation, I’m always looking to learn and grow within this industry to be able to be more successful in all the aspects in this field. The construction field is something you don’t learn over night, but it’s awesome to hear about their experiences and whenever I witness those I’m going to be like “Ah I see what they mean there.” The manuals and podcasts are awesome to begin your career or even advance in it. Forsure worth the money in my opinion compared to other stuff I’ve read.
Keep up the quality content and I’m looking forward to the future in where you guys take this.
